Post and Page -> Different Sidebar

    Hi there, is it somehow possible to have at a page a different sidebar as at a post? Or even completely remove the sidebar at a page?
    I saw it on http://www.mattbrett.com .. just click on ABOUT in the navi and the sidebar will be totally different.. How is that possible?
    Anyone any ideas, links and so on?
