Post a Job Page: Have employer create fields

I’m familiar with adding/editing fields like in their docs: https://wpjobmanager.com/document/editing-job-submission-fields/

But how would I allow the employer be able to add their own questions on the post a job page(/post-a-job/)? I’d like to allow them to enter their own label(Question) then later show this question and textarea to the user.
