 * **Correction:**
 * 1- Adding a question mark to the shortcode will disables Info-popup plugin
 * 2 – If you have in a previous version of your shortcode that use to reference
   to a URL, then deleted the link, Info Popup still presents the link even though
   it is no longer in the HTML content. The entire content of the HTML is now linked
   to a URL which is no longer within the content of Info Popup. You have to radically
   rename the shortcode so that it behaves.
 * It behaves as there is not a sufficient clean up procedure when updating the 
   particular popup.
