Possible Virus?

This is going to sound crazy. I’ve built a few websites for myself … but am a novice. Is it possible to get a virus in the WordPress builder? Or, in the child theme? I see this popup in both Chrome and Safari. Every time I make a changes in the builder … it creates a new pop window or an extra window. I’ve seen Wizard 101 … and it acts like plugin. Although, other times it’s porn. It’s driving me crazy.

I’ve checked all my plugins and that’s not it. Or, am I out of my mind? (Be nice)
