Possible to save settings via Post Meta Box Order plugin?

Hi,

This plugin is awesome! I hope this becomes core.

But, I am having the problem of saving the meta order layouts.

I also and have been using this plugin which allows me to force the meta box positions. Do you think it would be possible to have this plugin hook into yours and force the meta boxes into positions/layouts generated from your plugin?
