The user restrictions (requiring the same IP address as that used to complete a form entry) is very useful but is it possible to switch it off? I have a case where users are denied access to their PDFs but security isn’t particularly an issue.

Hi Jake,

Yes. You can enable Public Access to turn off all security measures for a particular PDF (do this from the Advanced tab when configuring your PDF). You should use this feature sparingly. In nearly all cases it’s better to automatically email the generated PDF to the user so they have a perpetual copy.
