    When importing sites from MLS I can’t seem to figure out how to import more than 5 images. Some properties have many images and I’d like to import them all.

    EDIT: Estatik Premium 3.9.5. WordPress 5.4.1. Using MLS RETS Import. Client site. Avada 6.2.3 theme.

    Hi there,

    5 is the default value for images in the Premium version. You can change this value in the settings>>.

    I read “That’s why we setup 5 images as default in the plugin settings” but that setting is is in the Advanced area of RETS credentials and it’s specifically mentioned that should be left alone – This basic settings usually enough for connection. Do not touch Advanced link.

    I find a lot of the configuration very unintuitive.

    Like where do I set how many images to display on the single property layout?

    I read “Layouts tab is created for playing with the plugin look and choosing the best layout of single property page and all listings page.” but that only allows switching between pre-made layouts. We are now importing all the MLS images but can only display 5.

    Can you assist with this?

    Sure. The amount of images on single property pages should be exactly the same you have imported for listing. So if the number of images is set to 20 in RETS account settings, all the 20 images should be displayed in single property page gallery.
    Please, note, that listings imported before the the settings for images import were changed, have to be re-imported again.

    Thanks again. For the record, the images not showing was a caching issue – completely my fault. But I think the instruction to not touch the Advanced options could be improved.
