• We use a specific plugin for forms on our site (VFB Pro), and have been for years. However, the forms look terrible when combined with the theme we are using (Highend). Se an example here: http://urbancraftuprising.com/hidden-app-page.

The font looks wonky, the radio buttons and text are too scrunched together…it just doesn’t look very professionals, though these are the forms we use to accept applications for our vendors, which is the basis of our business.

We love the Highend theme and don’t want to change it just to accommodate this form, but also have been using this form plugin for many years and want to continue using it so that all of our database entries stay consistent.

Is there any way to disable our theme for just a specific page or few pages on our site? Most of our forms are on pages where the form is the ONLY component on the page, so it would be fine with us if that page looked different from the rest on our site, for the sake of the form being easier to read and navigate.

    Thank you!

It would make more sense to fix the CSS for the forms so they look better on your site. You can use page-specific or form-specific classes to target just these forms on these pages.

    Hi ristretto6,

I agree with Steve Stern – especially if you use these forms a lot. Spending the time to properly style them in a way that can be easily applied to different pages with different forms, perhaps even on different sites, is likely to be much more efficient in the long-run. I imagine that it would also be more pleasing stylistically as you’d be keeping those pages with form in line with the rest of the site (from a design perspective.)

As Steve noted, most forms have all sorts of IDs and classes that you can use to create very specific CSS declarations just for the forms created using that plugin.
