Possible To Combine Shortcodes

    If I am displaying an album containing galleries using:
    [album id=X template=extend] or [album id=1 template=compact]
    Is there a combination of shortcodes that will allow me to display captions with the thumbnail of each gallery?

    Similar to displaying a single gallery with:
    [nggallery id=X template=caption]
