There were no reasons give. I don’t send spam nor engage in any illegal activities on my site.
1. My ISP investigating this matter. They say it looks like my blog was hacked and is being controlled from outside. They have seen a few other incidents tonight.

I have filed compliants with Godaddy and with Google about this. As far as I am concerned this hack is criminal activity.
I will file a cybercrimes report with the FBI too.
