    Is this possible on a multisite installation?

    You can use the Pronamic Google Maps plugin on an multisite installation.

    And would you be able to create a mashup for all blogs across the network?

    This isn’t possible, the posts of different sites are stored in different database tables, therefor there is no easy and effficient way to do this.
