# Possible Installation Virus

 * I logged in to my website today and when I click on anything it takes me to an
   installation page like the first time I signed up for Word Press asking to create
   a user name, site title, password, etc. But I do all of this it never installs.

 * There is something seriously wrong with your installation. Rather than do fault
   finding on it, it is easier at this stage to delete all the files, delete the
   database and start again.
 * If problems occur again, first talk to your website hosting.

 * It seems to be fixed now and I updated to 4.1 but that was weird! Maybe it was
   a problem with host but they didn’t say it was an issue.
