Hi @smithscraftycreations,
I’m sorry to hear that, but why not reporting it in the forum instead of leaving a 1-star review?
As you can see from here the plugin is deemed safe from vulnerabilities, if you downloaded a corrupt copy then it could be the source from where you get it that was hacked?
How did you install my plugin?
Possibly – the app is great but I downloaded it from backend of my wordpress site? If I’m wrong I most definitely re-instal – i’m still learning! Where would be best place to download safe copy?
I’ve amended my review…. hopefully will be better for me second time round
Can I suggest a great anti-virus scanner? Imunify.

Hi @smithscraftycreations,
thank you for your review
Installing from inside WordPress is the normal way, but if your site is corrupted maybe the malware can hack the operation?
You could try to download the zip “by hand” on the plugin’s page, unzip it and upload the folder via FTP.
Also, I suggest you to run a scanner like WordFence. I don’t know Imunify but I suppose it’s a good alternative.
Hi I found the source of the problem, and it was NOT your plug-in which has been reinstalled and working super! Saves me hours of work I can promise – great plug in
