Please share more details. I don’t see anything on a test site with TaxoPress and the Free version of Elementor.
Happy to screenshare if you like, but that’s all the details I can give other than WP 6.1.1 using the Elementor Hello (Child) Theme 1.0.1. Just tried switching themes to twentytwentyone and made no difference.

I don’t have a copy of Elementor Pro to test with so. Perhaps the issue is restricted to the Pro version?
That was a def possibility but I just tried and it doesn’t seem to be the differentiator.
