[resolved] Possible conflict? Trying to troubleshoot (2 posts)

On my client's site at sierraprasada.com, we have just added social media links to the page footer. The links do not work on the homepage -- which contains only the slideshow. The links DO work on all other pages of the site, so presume it is not a template issue, or a footer coding issue.

Is it possible there is a conflict? The footer contains just simple html link tags, no javascript or anything fancy. I'm baffled.

Well I figured it out with some help - had a custom.css issue where bottom margin of the slider was covering the functionality of the theme footer. All better now.

(I'd have deleted the post above, but since I do not know how, thought I should update).
