I recently made the switch from Events Manager Extended to Events Manager.
However I noticed a bug when rescheduling recurring events. If I try to reschedule an event that has happened in the past and will continue to happen in the future (like a weekly meeting), all the past events are duplicated in the database. If I try to delete the recurring event, it then deletes the current event and tags all the past ‘duplicates’ as error: corrupt database record.
What can I do to fix this so I don’t have multiple events showing up in the past?
