I’ve disabled “check php in upload” but it still execute this code
that does not work on my system because “@” should be not used to catch errors but “try…catch…” instead.

    /public/wp-content/plugins/wp-cerber/cerber-load.php:6942 (128) (FATAL)Unexpected character in input: ‘#007’ (ASCII=7) state=0

can you at least make sure the code is not run when the checking is disabled?
    thank you

What exactly setting did you disable?

The @ symbol is used not to catch errors but to mitigate any output generated by the PHP function on misconfigured servers.
