Possibility to open "Directions to:" links in new window?

Hi,

Is it possible to open a new browser tab/window when you click on “To here” or “From here” in the Address Bubble?

I would like to have the direction details in a new window in a normal Goole Maps URL like:

https://www.google.com/maps/preview#!data=!1m4!1m3!1d5974!2d5.0891971!3d52.0517571!4m13!3m12!1m0!1m1!1sFrans+Coenenhove+14%2C+3438+HK+Nieuwegein%2C+Nederland!3m8!1m3!1d26081603!2d-95.677068!3d37.0625!3m2!1i1024!2i768!4f13.1&fid=0
