Maybe you can have a look at existing extensions which extends the WordPress editor with a spoiler-functionality. Those should work as well inside of forums.
I had thought of it, but I do not find a plugin that works on yours
A question, can not you put an option limiting the number of links you video or link to a single post?

The asgarosforum_filter_post_content filter allows you to add your custom “filtering” before displaying the content of a post. I dont want to add this kind of stuff by myself at the moment because there there have to be all kind of custom-filtering-rules for different “purposes”.
Some of the spoiler extensions should work. Some of them got suggested in my support forums but I cant find the post at the moment. I am sorry that I cant suggest you one because I dont use that kind of extensions.
