Positioning of popup is behind elements

    I’m trying to fix the problem with the popup being behind the two bottom content sections but it seems no matter which positioning i set or use z-index, nothing is happening. If i set z-index to nevative values i can see the popup fully but then the section elements beneath it after it is closed are not clickable anymore.
