positioning images in page

I want to have 3 images horizontally in a line. [I use WP- Edit for my editor]

I can easily insert an image, but the next available position is directly below the image, not to the right or it.Is there a way to get multiple images in a horizontal line? I can’t make it one image because I need to have different links attached to each image.

if it matters, my theme is Expressions. I do not know if this is a WP issue, a theme issue, or a plugin limitation.
