Positioning Header Buttons

Hello! I’m having trouble getting my header buttons (Home, Products, etc.) to be positioned correctly. I’m using the Vantage theme. Right now they are all aligned with the top of the header. I would like them in the middle. I’ve looked at the CSS and can’t figure out where these settings are. I would also like to change the font of the buttons. Let me know what info or links you need from me (first post)! Thanks!
