 * Hello to everyone,
 *  I am currently developing a plugin that will allow the tags of a post to be 
   rated. I have just started developing it.
 *  So, all I currently want to know is how can I make text appear directly under
   the tags of a post?
 * Thanks a lot!
 * P.S.: This is my first attempt in wordpress plugin development.
