Can you please provide the URL of the website where you are having issues?

The plugin puts the shortcode menu item where you choose to, in the WP Dashboard, but because of the way theme is handling the HTML, it might be appearing at an incorrect location.

It would be great if you can send the exact shortcode that you’re trying to use, we’ll try to help you out with that.

    Hi Simran,

    here please URL:
    There used Divi theme.
    Shortcode: [uw_balance display_username=”true” separator=”:” username_type=”display_name”]

    Thank you for help.

Thanks for sharing the link. I went through the site and it seems, the plugin is giving the output as it should, but since I wasn’t logged in, it wasn’t displaying the name. Also, the placement of the menu item, in HTML is correct, but if that shortcode is rendering some custom HTML tags, that don’t go within an li tag, then browser renders it out of the menu, in which case, that shortcode’s functionality would need to be modified a bit in order to output correct HTML that goes within an li tag.

@annaccom tell me how to make a search like you on the site. I really liked!
