position at bottom of post content in sidebar

Is there any way to do this? I’ve fumbled around with Google search results on how to achieve, but have had no luck. It just seems logical you’d want these positioned at the bottom so a user has things to click once they’ve gotten to the bottom of the post. Most people are way to lazy to scroll back up after finishing reading a post.
I’m using mesocolumn responsive theme.
