 * Hello!
 * I’m an avid user of this plugin on all of my sites and it is working almost perfectly.
 * However, on one of my sites, I need the table of contents to place itself below
   the 2nd heading.
 * There is no such option, so I’ve had to resort to using the shortcode.
    But it
   seems that using the shortcode is a bit buggy as I’ve seen multiple threads about
   it.
 * Would it be possible to add more options to the position setting?
    After 2nd
   heading, 3rd heading?
 * Best regards
