Posibility to add text search box to widget

    Hi,

    Is it possible to add a text box search to the search widget so a property reference number can be input directly and call a single property.
    I have tried using this with a drop down list which firstly didn’t work, it just called all properties in the database and secondly we will be running 2500 properties in the live site which would make a list unusable.

    Sure, it’s technically possible, but you’d need to create a custom search widget, instead of the one included in the plugin. And then use a custom query for that meta_value.

    OK I will look at doing this as it’s important to my client that this functionality is available.
