# POS won't load

 * I have bluehost as my host and I have 100Mb/10Mb internet speeds on the computer
   I am trying to test the plugin on. The plugin has been “Downloading Products”
   for over an hour and I only have 63 products. Am I missing something?

 * The speed of download is largely dependant on the WooCommerce API, if it is taking
   a long time it is likely that another plugin is slowing down the API response.
   You can test the API response by going to <yourshop.com>/wc-api/v1/products/?
   pos=1 .. this will retrieve 10 products and should only take a couple of seconds
   at most. If this API response is taking a long time you should disable all plugins
   and reactivate them one-by-one to find the source of the problem.

 * I disabled all plugins except woocommerce and the POS plugin, could not get the
   link to load in chrome or IE. Just got a blank screen. I am using woocommerce
   2.2.8 and POS 0.3.4. I want to get this working because I an considering purchasing
   PRO if it works.

 * I fotgot the error I get when trying to load the page….here it is I am using
