Portuguese accents not displaying in WordPress Tag

    Hey Guys,

    I have run into an issue that I can figure out. We created a custom theme and everything works except the all the portuguese accent in the footer. The footer is populated by wordpress tags dynamically.

    Any help would be appreciated because I am going mad trying to figure this out.
