Porting over a theme

Could someone port over a theme for me, or help me do it? My main site and forums both use a theme called noteBored. I’d like to convert it over to work with wordpress also.

My site is at http://ldg.lokrin.net and http://lokrin.net and the wordpress is located at http://weblog.lokrin.net

I’d kind of like to have the sidebar links to be the same as the crayon links at the top of the forums. The links need to be the same length, but the font size can change. Different colours might be nice, or at least a different one from the red at the forums. Green maybe?

I will try later, but I’m not sure where to start.
