I am testing the plug-in to see if it meets our needs. I tested on another website and it works smoothly. Here it will not load at all. I am just testing the default portfolio. We are using Industrial theme by SKT. Is it theme incompatibility?
I have tested Huge It Gallery on this website and it works fine, just doesn’t have the layout we are looking for.
I hope you can help with this issue. Thank you.

  • Dear acompton86,

    Thanks for your post.
Could you let us know, please, have you tested the Portfolio Gallery using WordPress default theme?
If the plugin works fine on another website then we suppose there is a theme related conflict.
Try to change your theme to any default theme for a few seconds only to check if the issue exists in that case or not.

We will wait for your results

    Thanks

I am having the same problem since updating Portfolio Gallery to Version 2.4.2. The theme I’m using is a child of Sixteen (Version: 1.5.4). I have been using it with same theme for a couple of years. And yes the portfolios function works with a different theme (Twenty Seventeen). So what should I look for in the theme to restore functionality?

This site appears to use a scroll-linked positioning effect. This may not work well with asynchronous panning; see https://developer.mozilla.org/docs/Mozilla/Performance/ScrollLinkedEffects for further details and to join the discussion on related tools and features!
