Portfolio Posts with Prev/Next Arrows

I’m wondering if this plug-in adds the functionality of this page with the prev/next arrows? http://houseofgrays.com/portfolio/california-another-way/

I want to create a custom post type called Portfolio that doesn’t display on my regular blog. The posts are accessed through my Portfolio nav link and connected to each other so when you click the prev/next arrows on the single portfolio pages they scroll through the projects.

These posts would be viewable as portfolio archives on the Portfolio page.

Does this plug-in do this? How can I achieve this? Help! Thanks.
