• Hi,

I have been using the free Virtue theme for my website. Since one of the latest updates (I’m not sure if it was the Virtue or the WordPress update) the pictures of my portfolio pages don’t show as proportional square tiles anymore but changed into small portrait and landscape examples. Do you have any idea how I can undo this and get back the square tiles?

The name of my website is: http://www.62photo.com

    Greetings, Gerard

Hey, it looks like some kind of masonry features was turned on which is strange because as far as I know the free version doesn’t offer masonry feature. Have you uploaded any plugins that might be affecting this?

Hey so something in your site is not allowing the theme to crop the images. And so the images are being displayed as the original file instead of the cropped version.

If you haven’t added any plugins then it could be an issue with the server blocking the action do to permissions or lack of resources. You would need to contact your host and ask for theme to look into the logs to see what the issue would be,

    Hey,

Thanks for your responses and sorry for my late reaction. These are the plugins I added:

    Akismet – Version 3.0.2
    Contact Form 7 – Version 3.9.3
Limit Login Attempts – Version 1.7.1
Theme Authenticity Checker (TAC) – Version 1.5.2
    Virtue / Pinnacle ToolKit – Version 1.9

I hope this wil shine a new light on my problem.

I think your best bet would be to contact your host as Kadence Themes said above.
