 * Im looking to block public members from viewing all categories of a portfolio
   and level 1 only show 1 category and level 2 show all..

 * Yes, you can use URL groups as regular expression. For example, if you use [http://sitename.com/categories/test/*](http://sitename.com/categories/test/*)
   as negative rule in a level, then all url in the site that starts with [http://sitename.com/categories/test/](http://sitename.com/categories/test/)
   will be protected for that level.
