1. I open the website, i’m in the home page
2. open popup1, i close it
3. i read a post, i return to home page
4. open popup2, because before i closed popup1

We can implement for you new feature – Related popups. It will work in such way – show one popup only when the another popup has already been shown. For example – you will create two popups, for the first popup – you will select to display popup only one time for the user, for the second popup – will set to show popup always, but only if the first popup has been shown.
Will such option suit your needs?

1. popups must open once, in alternance so not togheter at the same time as my case
2. another improvement that I can suggest is that a popup can have a cookie to store the closing action, so display popup only one time for the user before an expire time

These settings you can already configure with “For first-time visitors” feature – http://prntscr.com/dmjfbl Also you can choose “Remember for days” and plugin will remember user visit for entered number of days and show PopUp to same user again – after this period. To remember only for one browser session – use 0 here, to remember forever – try to set big number – 99999 for example.
Please inform us if this option and new implementation “Related popups” suits your needs.

As I started the ticket I think is a error for this plugin the screenshot I posted on the starting ticket. So a user that open a website and see two popup showing togher one that cover the other for my opinion is not a good thing to see, the user may think there is an error on the website. My need is that popups are loaded singolarly, so if I set two or three or four popups to show in the Front page, I want that the user see only one popup each refresh of the homepage and each time the user go to the homepage, and not see four popups togheter one over the other in the same page.

This is not a bug. If you want to show several popups on one page – you need to set different conditions for them. For example – “When to show” – http://prntscr.com/dmzlea Also you can choose “Time display settings” or “Date display settings” for your popups.
Or we offer to implement for you new feature – “Related popups”. It will work in such way – show one popup only when the another popup has already been shown. You will be able to set displaying of several popups for one page at different time – two, three,four popups and even more. I think this variant will be ideal for you.
We will add it in next version of Popup plugin. I will inform you about the updates.
