Popups no longer working with update version 4.1.8

Hello,
I’ve been developing some password protected webpages so they’re not publicly published yet but I had the same button popup placed on each of these pages and they use to work until I updated the plugin to the latest version today. I’m not sure what happened but I can’t seem to get the button popup to work anymore. I have the latest version of WordPress installed. Has this happened to anyone else?

My example button code:
[sg_popup id=”12345″ event=”click”]
<h6 class=”example-custom-button” style=”text-align: right;”>Example Button for Popup</h6>
[/sg_popup]

I also tried the shortcode for popup with just a text link without the button and it still doesn’t work. Any assistance would be appreciated, thank you.

rolled back to 4.1.6, works again.

Thanks for reporting.
Seems we weren’t able to introduce the issue though.

We noticed the pages are password protected. But could there be a way for you to make us see the issue? You can contact us via Live Chat or email (support@popup-builder.com) and give temporary access, for instance.

Also, we would like to have screenshots from the popup settings.

Hello,

Thank you for helping @lukashuggenberg. @sygnoossupport I’ve created a page you can review with pw:popup. https://frontierenergy.com/marketplace/steam-trap-study-2/
You can see on the bottom-right area of the page with “Test Popup” button and text popup “Test Popup 2”. The button used to work and not anymore. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, Thank you.

Thanks for sending the link along.
When clicking on the images mentioned, we noticed PDF popups.

The sizing is not perfect but the popups did appear for us.

Were there any other popups we failed to notice?

My popup shortcode is no longer working since the 4.1.8 update as well, see sample below.
