Popupmaker seems to be conflicting with the WP Customer Reviews plugin.

Text won’t show in the editor on the Edit Customer Review page. Under the Visual tab, the text won’t show at all, its not even highlightable. Under the Text tab, the text color is white on a white background.

When I disable Popupmaker, the problem goes away. Any idea how to fix this?

    Thank you for your time.

@bcoulson – Can you open your browser console and then refresh, see if there are any JS errors occuring, that will help.

I see one error in the console:
    TypeError: wp.mce.views is undefined plugin.min.js:1:2228

@bcoulson – Hmm, what version of WP are you using? The function it says is undefined is built in to WordPress and should not be caused by a conflict unless another plugin is removing those scripts from the admin editor, in which case I am not sure what we could do as our plugin heavily relies on them.

Likely if you have a plugin that modifies the editor heavily that is where I would start. Really they shouldn’t be removing those in general, a bit hackish if that is what is happening.

    The wordpress version is 4.5.2.

I’ll check with WP Customer Reviews support to see if they can help me with this problem.

Thanks for the information, hope you have a nice weekend!
