    Hello @qbapp

    I hope you’re well today!

Is by any chance that one page the homepage? If yes, then try adding again the “Specific URL” visibility rule and for the “except” URL please put entire URL including “http://” prefix.

i’m aware that plugin specifically says to not use protocol prefix in URL but there are some issues with those rules (our developers are working on fixing them) that cause them to sometimes behave “not entirely as expected” and adding full URL (with prefix) usually helps.

If it still doesn’t solve the problem, could you please export the popup in question (there’s an “Export” opion under the “gear” icon menu on popups’ list) and share it with us?

I’d like to test it on one of our test sites to get more insight so we could find solution for you.

    Best regards,
    Adam

Visibility rules clearly haven’t been tested in this version at all, not even the most basic functionality works which leaves this version of the plugin not fit for purpose.

Similar to @qbapp I selected a single page using the “Only these pages” option, but the slide-in never appears on that page. When I roll back to the previous version it works. You literally can’t get more basic than that as a test of your “visibility” rules.

    Hi @squelch,

Each release is tested by our QA and I have tested the visibility rules while I was writing a response on your plugin review and the Page and Post conditions worked fine during my tests.

Please start a new ticket as mentioned in my response on your review so we can investigate this further.

    Cheers,
    Predrag

Apologies you’re correct, the issue wasn’t in your plugin but with a conflict between this and another plugin that wasn’t resetting postdata after creating a secondary query. Now resolved.

    Hi @squelch

    I hope you’re well today!

Thank you for updating us on the case and I’m glad to know that it’s fine now and that it wasn’t our fault 🙂

Stay safe and have a great day!
    Adam
