Hello @vanetreg,
Thanks for reaching out. We’re sorry you’re seeing that resets content layout issue.
We’d like to reproduce that issue on our test site to see what’s going on.
Can you share with us the following:
1) The link to what shortcode you’re trying to add. Or, an example of the shortcode you’re using.
2) The link to the exact Gutenberg addons plugin you’re using.
3) The link to the exact advanced heading plugin you’re using.
4) Any other steps or instructions that we’ll need to create a copy of the popup you’re working with.
5) Screen captures of the “left indented ugly layout” you’re seeing.
Feel free to submit a ticket if you want to share that information in a more private channel.

We look forward to your reply.
Cheers!

Hello @mlchaves
thank you for your response.
I went to your support page but I only had options to check 6 articles your system suggested to review for me, but no option to open a ticket! 🙁
I wanted to share my link privately.
Pls. note according to: Your docs link
Inside the “uploads” folder the “pum” folder didn’t exist, so I created it,
but even after disabling plugin and re-activating it I wasn’t able to create anything in Error log, despite my Chrome console has css.map errors.
Pls. note Devtools search at:
***/wp-content/uploads/pum-site.css.map
but the docs refers to pum folder…
So back to your docs page: checklist: #4 and #5 is not completed!
Reading another support thread I added custom css what Popup Maker support suggested to another Astra theme user:
.pum-overlay.pum-active,
.pum-overlay.pum-active .popmake.active {
opacity: 1 !important;
display: block !important
}
to my Astra’s additional CSS block.
I use Astra Child theme with its Gutenberg Blocks – Ultimate Addons for Gutenberg with LearnDash Academy starter template
Obviously sending the URL would be the best, but like I wrote I’m not able to open a “Plugin Support” ticket 🙁
Thank you!

Hey @mlchaves
that’s what I’m talking about:
“Plugin support” option leads to the 6 articles without ability to move forward.
This is the logical choice for me 🙂
Now I see “Other Support” option allows me to send message.
I’ll send my URL there and link to this thread.
Thank you!
Hey @vanetreg,
