Popup stays in landscape proportion and doesn‘t scroll on tab and mobile

    Hi there,
    I just noticed that after the update of the plugin the popup doesn’t behave like it did before: it doesn’t change to a portrait format on mobile devices and doesn#t scroll anymore so that I’m not able to see all the content. Before the update it worked fine. What can I do about it? Many thanks in advance for your help.

    Hello @swenpress 🙂

    I am sorry for the trouble you have with our plugin. I did try to reproduce the error on my site but couldn’t do so.

    Could you add some more details on that issue?

    – What browser and operating system do you use?
    – Where do I need to click to see the Popup?

    A quick heads-up:

    We found a bug that happens in Safari (Mac and iPhone) and Firefox when your Popup opens in full-height mode. We’re working on that and will release a bugfix asap this week

    Unfortunately, there’s no workaround right now. So either wait for the update or temporarily downgrade to the previous version (see details in the FAQ section on https://wordpress.org/plugins/popups-for-divi/)
