    Hi everyone,

I have two popup, one for homepage and one for other pages.

Popoup showing up every time I load a page, though I set 1 in box:
Shows the Pop-up if the user has only seen it less than a specific number of times.

This is where you can find the issue:

Only if I clic on the X to close popup everything goes right.

    Thanks for your plugin!

    Hi @giordx,

Can you go to Hustle > Custom Content and when editing your custom content go to PopUp toggle button and grab me a screenshot of the rules that are listed next to toggle button?

Also, have you already tried with other plugins deactivated and default WP theme used so we can see if there’s a conflict on that end?

    Cheers,
    Predrag

    Hi Predrag,

I don’t find a toggle button, but attach a screenshot of all my view in display settings.
    Hope it is useful.

    Hello @giordx,

On your screenshot I can see that popup is set to show on all pages and all posts:

Also you need to turn Tracking for popup in settings so option “show less than” could work

    kind regards,
    Kasia

    Hi Kasia,

    Tracking is turned on yet.
I deactivate it and reactivate but nothing change.

    Hello Giordano,

I tested this on my site and everything works correctly even when I click on the background of the popup to close it.

I have enabled tracking and those are my other settings:

Have you tried this on clean installation and with default WordPress plugin?

    kind regards,
    Kasia
