POPup setup not appearing in website

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am a new blogger and did setup popup plugin which is working fine while setup and shown subscribe popup correctly during preview on homepage but while opening the website separately using any system including mobile, popup is not appearing any where in the website for subscription.

Request your support to understand where I did wrong step.
