Popup retrigger

    Greetings

    On my page, I need to have a site wide popup.

    The problem is, the popup retriggers when I change post type. For example I am on a page and it triggers, then I go to a product page and it triggers again. If I go to another page it triggers again.

    However if I go to a product and it triggers, and then I go to another products it does not trigger.

    Whan can the problem be?

    Hello @tiagonunes – we apologize for the delayed response.

    @tiagonunes – The popup on your home page currently is not setting a cookie at all. It has no cookies set up it appears.

    Try adding a cookie on close of the popup.
