Popup Only Shows in Preview Mode

    Hi,

    I have cleared the cache and even checked using other devices and browser, and your popup refuses to display in anything else but preview mode. The preview mode looks great.

    Selected to target only the Home page but it STILL won’t load on this site. Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @trible – sorry to hear about that.

    Could you please check out these guidelines below and see if that solves your problem?
    1. Make sure it is published.
    2. You will need to set a Trigger for the popup to be displayed on your website. Please check out this documentation about ‘Triggers’ option settings

    Hi @mariatogonon

    1.) Yes, it was published before I created this ticket.

    2.) Thank YOU, I missed setting up the trigger as all of the instructions I found yesterday had NOTHING about the trigger. My mistake was in assuming the auto popup was set by default.

    3.) Didn’t need to go there but will keep this documentation handy for future use.
