Popup Not Working Properly on Mobile Device

    Downloaded and started using the Popup Maker on my website. Looks and works great on desktop (Mac). However, when displaying on mobile device (iPhone 6) the popup will display but trying to scroll down in the popup does not work.

    Simply click on one of the dates to use the popup. Please help me as I have a significant amount of users visiting site via mobile and I really love this plugin.

    @jdw21 – Seems you have used a responsive size with position fixed. Unchecking the option for Fixed Position under Display Options will resolve that issue and allow the popups to scroll with the scroll bar.

    Hey thanks for reply! Unfortunately that still did not work. When unchecking that option I did see the result on desktop but on mobile it still responds the exact same. Please help.

    Click on “21” next to “Oaklawn Park”. That is the one I changed.

    Just checked that link out of curiosity and it does scroll for me on safari iPhone 6.

    Yep! It started working. Question, does it take a while for it to update? It didn’t immediately work but now it does so I updated settings for the rest of popups to match and they still are not doing it.

    @jdw21 – Server or browser caching may have an effect. That is not something we can control.
