Hello @manwithgills,
First of all please try to remove all conditions on popup, then in plugin settings enable option “Force Popup”.
Also please check on Popup edit page option “Timer” set to “0” and “Hide this group on” must be disabled.
Regards,
Oleg
Hi @razyrx ,
Thank you for your reply. I have made the changes you suggested and am still not getting the popup. It should display at the homepage immediately which I am not seeing.

Hello @manwithgills,

Oleg
@razyrx I checked that before I sent my initial post. I am using the 2020 theme. It is not working with that. I even installed and the current theme is not the Twenty Nineteen theme and it is not working.
Thanks again for your help looking into this.

Hi @razyrx
Thanks Oleg for the reply. I checked my PHP log and there is only one error:
PHP Deprecated: wpseo_opengraph is deprecated since version 14.0! Use wpseo_frontend_presenters instead. in /hermes/walnacweb03/walnacweb03al/b927/mo…
As to wordpress debug file there are no errors being thrown or showing in the debug file.

Hello @manwithgills,
Please update plugin to latest version, then enable DEBUG MODE in admin area -> BeRocket -> Account Keys, then we can check the issue on your site.
Regards,
Oleg
@razyrx I updated to the most recent version. Here is the product that the popup should work on:

When I enabled debugging and then visited the product page as shown above I went back and clicked the get errors button and this is what the page displays:

@razyrx Just checking in to see if you have any other options to troubleshoot this.
Thanks
