    Hi! Unfortunately I couldn’t find a comparable question in the forum…
    We have the following problem: When the pop-up opens on the mobile phone, only the gray layer that is placed over the website is initially displayed – but not the pop-up. If you turn the cell phone 90 degrees and back again, the cell phone is already displayed. We are grateful for any help!

    Have you tried to remove the opacity in the plugin settings?
    Please try to do this and report the result.

    Hello Ole,

    unfortunately I have to inform you that the solution you proposed did not work. I primarily assume that the css has not harmonized with our side (made some custom changes of course too). We decided on a different style and now the popup is displayed correctly.
