Popup not showing on IE and Chrome | WordPress.org

Hi!

I have installed the WPmudev Popup pluin on version 4.3 of WordPress. The popup only seems to work correctly on Firefox. On Chrome and IE11 the popup does not appear. Also on my mobile(iPhone 5 / Safari) the popup is not shown. It only work on Firexfox.. I already empty the caching. I only see the popup in Chrome when i am logged in.

I’d like to hear something!

Thanks for the link, I’m not being able to see the popup in neither of the browsers you mentioned.

I can also see that there is a js error in the console which means that there is probably a conflict with either your theme or another plugin. To test that please try using default WordPress theme like Twenty Fifteen and deactivating all other plugins as displayed in the following flowchart to know which theme/plugin is conflicting if any.
