    Hi,

I have previously used Popup Maker on another site and I love it! But for some reason I cannot get it to work on this new site 🙁

The WordPress theme I am using makes use of shortcode for buttons, so from what I understand I need to follow step 3 of Opening a Popup. When I inspect the source code for the button I get: CONTACT ROXANNE or SUBSCRIBE

For the latter, I have tried entering btn.success in click trigger settings of Popup Maker but no luck.

I’m still quite new to this so would appreciate any help or guidance.

    Thanks

@wikilindi – If you can’t modify the button try adding using the [popup_trigger id=”123″] [button shortcode here] [/popup_trigger].

    Hope that helps.

So I tried what you said (replacing 123 with my popup number and using my button code) and still nothing 🙁

In fact the[/popup_trigger] is now displaying as text next to my button.

Unless I am being a complete newbie and not doing something properly (also highly likely!)

@wikilindi – Looks like you missed the first part of the shortcode. Here it is on one line.

    [popup_trigger id="123"] [button shortcode here] [/popup_trigger]

    Hope that helps.
