Popup not displaying correctly

    Hi there,

    Just upgraded the WordPress version and discovered the boxzilla pop ups are no longer displaying correctly, appearing as a small box without the content / form. I’m using a button with a javascript call [javascript:Boxzilla.show(1540);] to display a boxzilla pop up with a heading and embedded mailchimp for wordpress form.

    This has been working without issue until the recent upgrade.

    I’m now getting the following javascript error:
    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘className’ of null

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    What content are you displaying inside the Boxzilla box?

    I cold not load lightscopesuppylchain.com, can you double check the url for me?

    Hi Lap

    There is a heading and an embedded mail chimp form using a short code generated from the mailchimp for wordpress plugin.

    In what browser are you testing it yourself?

    Hi Lap,

    Link to the site is https://lightscopesupplychain.com and boxzilla button is top right.

    Previously the button has worked in all browsers, but since the wordpress version upgrade (4.9.5) and loss of functionality it has been tested in Chrome and Firefox.

    It does work properly when I test it. Did it fix itself? Maybe you can see if clearing your browser cache fixes it?
